Eating Aspect:
November:
Nov. 14-20: 2 day fast, simple.
Nov. 21-27: A little harder, 3 day fast.
Nov. 28-Dec.4: Harder than the last, 4 day fast.
December:
Dec. 5-11: 2 day fast, simple.
Dec. 12-18: A little harder, 3 day fast.
Dec. 19-25: Harder than the last, 4 day fast.
Dec. 26-Jan.1: Last fast of the month, 5 day fast.
January:
Jan. 2-8: 2 day fast, simple.
Jan. 9-15: A little harder, 3 day fast.
Jan. 16-22: Harder than the last, 4 day fast.
Jan. 23-29: Last fast of the month, 5 day fast.
February:
Jan. 30-Feb. 5: 2 day fast, simple.
Feb. 6-Feb.12 : A little harder, 3 day fast.
Feb. 13-19: Harder than the last, 4 day fast.
Feb. 20-26: Last fast of the month, 5 day fast.
March:
Feb. 27-March 5: 2 day fast, simple.
March 6-12: A little harder, 3 day fast.
March 13-19: Harder than the last, 4 day fast.
March 20-26: Last fast of the month, 5 day fast.
Days Not Fasting:
A version of 2,4,6,8 but modified to 6,8,0,1.....also will depend on the week...it may be a bit more...may be a bit less. idk. :)
Exercise:
Well due to my knee hurting like a mofo it will be primarily water exercises like laps, aqua zumba, and water aerobics. (can't wait to get my new suit). :)
I know it seems slightly extreme-well it is----but I've fallen into some old habits..and I'm trying to work through it. Also, reducing my caloric intake will help me currently because I am not able to do extremely vigorous exercise because of my knee and I don't want to gain more weight. :|
